Measuring Rural Community Vitality The Measuring Rural Community Vitality initiative wrapped up in 2017. Rural Ontario Institute (ROI) engaged a number of organizations and municipalities and produced a variety of resources that are now available in the Knowledge Centre section of our website. The initiative was conducted with support of a Ministry of Municipal Affairs Research and Analysis Grant.
