The Board of Directors of the Rural Ontario Institute (ROI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ellen Sinclair as Executive Director, effective September 13, 2021. Ellen replaces Norman Ragetlie who recently retired.

Ellen brings vast experience in planning; economic, business and community development; community liaison and government relations; and leadership. She has worked in northern Ontario as well as the southwest region of the province.
