Community Demonstration Projects – experiences from the field on mobilizing community action and collective impact initiatives
Youth Engagement Strategies – what works and what doesn’t 
2019 Rural Ontario Foresight Papers series release - key insights from the authors and exchanging ideas about fostering continuing dialogue.

Homeward: Developing the Missing Middle

ROI is copresenting Homeward: Developing the Missing Middle with with Parkbridge and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute. These workshops will look at how communities can provide Missing Middle housing in their towns. Participants will hear presentations from economic development, planning, development industry, and government sectors, and learn about Missing Middle housing in small urban and rural communities. They will gain a more fulsome understanding of Missing Middle housing’s characteristics, and tactics to developing it in their communities. Attendees will also participate in tabletop exercises that will inform a Touchstone report that will be published after the series is complete.
