The Rural Ontario Institute prepared 10 questions of importance to rural Ontario for the provincial election based on a survey that went out to subscribers and stakeholders earlier in 2018. We provided the questions to the each of the four main provincial parties with an invitation to respond. The provincial New Democratic Party has done so and we are sharing their response below. The response was submitted by Kara McLean, Director of Research.
